Tax Withholding

Retirees and beneficiaries receiving a monthly benefit from NYCERS can change their Federal withholding online. Log in to your MyNYCERS account and look for Withholding Tax (W4-P) in the main menu.

Note: If you recently filed for retirement, this link will not be enabled until after your retirement date has passed.

Alternatively, you can complete an Application to Change Federal Income Tax Withheld Form #349 and return it to NYCERS by mail or drop it off at the Walk-in Center.
