Contact NYCERS’ Call Center at (347) 643-3000 to ask a question about your pension account or to report an issue. Please have your Member or Pension number ready. 

For callers outside the New York City area, NYCERS’ toll-free number is (877) 669-2377.

Walk-in Center

Visit NYCERS’ Walk-in Center at 340 Jay Street in downtown Brooklyn to drop off your fully completed forms or supporting documents.

If you’re nearing retirement and need help understanding the application process, you can schedule a phone, video or in-person consultation to speak with a NYCERS Retirement Counselor. 

Translation and Sign Language Interpreter services are available upon request.
