View Meeting Agenda. The board meeting agenda is posted within 24 hours of the scheduled meeting.    

Recording.  Any person wishing to utilize recording and/or transmission devices at a public session of a Board of Trustees meeting shall provide written notice via mail or hand delivery to the Executive Director at least (3) business days prior to the scheduled meeting date. Read NYCERS Board Rule 4 in its entirety.

Minutes.  If you would like a copy of the minutes of a public session, please send your request in writing to: NYCERS FOIL Access Officer, 30-30 47th Avenue, Suite 1010, Long Island City, NY 11101. Please be sure to provide the meeting date.
